1. How does this work?
If you are interested in buying a specific domain, use the contact form on the page to send us an offer or query about the domain name.
Once we have agreed on a price, the client provides their personal or company name and contact details, and an official invoice will be sent to you containing payment details.
Payment by EFT is required, and the domain will be available for transfer once the payment has cleared, which is usually by the next business day.
A domain transfer request is then sent by your hosting company and when it is received by us and payment is confirmed, the transfer request is accepted and the actual domain transfer takes place, concluding the sale transaction.
You will then be the owner of the domain name which can be used to set up your website, email addresses or you could resell the domain name.
2. How is the domain name transferred to me?
Once payment has been received, you will be able to request the domain transfer to a hosting company of your choice.
We will honour all domain transfer requests as soon as payment into our bank account is confirmed.
To transfer the domain you purchased, you need to create an account with a domain registrar/website hosting company and then request the domain transfer of the domain purchased. We, as the transferring owner will then accept the transfer, thereby concluding the transaction.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: EFT Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa), Instant EFT, Masterpass and Paypal.
Alternative payment arranges can be made for clients outside of South Africa if required, please contact us to discuss this further.
4. Can an Escrow service be used?
Yes, where required we can make use of an Escrow service to facilitate the domain name sale. Please contact us to discuss this further and we will assist in setting this up.
